Supporting decision making with adaptive tools

This report outlines a method to design signals that trigger timely adaptation.

This method is not onerous, and enables users to:

• closely monitor the impacts of climate change
• begin adaptation before passing unacceptable thresholds (caused by frequent and larger coastal flood events).
• plan which adaptation options to implement, over which time frames.
