Trish Young

Trish is a Post-Doctoral Fellow based in the School of Psychology at the University of Waikato. For her PhD research, Trish focused on Māori cultural learning for young Māori offenders which has led to greater focus on organisational Māori responsiveness in research and evaluations. As an independent contractor, she has completed research and evaluations in the areas of Justice, Police, and Health. These projects have looked at youth offending, family violence, offenders and victims of crime, and quit smoking.
