Elisha Powell

Elisha is currently completing a Masters in Applied Psychology in Community Psychology at Te Whare Wānanga o Waikato. Her thesis research project is focused on policy design and implementation processes. This will contribute to Haumanu Hauora by helping to develop institutional responses to climate adaptation. Elisha is passionate about systemic change and working toward better connecting the goals of policy with community action. Alongside her study, Elisha works as a Sexual Harm Crisis Support Worker in Rotorua.
