Adaptation strategies to address climate impacts on coastal Māori communities

In this video, Dr Huhana Smith discusses her research team’s work in identifying culturally informed strategies for coastal Māori farming communities with strategies to adapt to future climate change impacts.

These strategies were shared with iwi and hapū through hui and ongoing exhibitions to encourage consideration of how their communities might adapt to these environmental changes.
